Mix that with Nord and a Decisive 1H, and you can be popping off ultimates in no time! Nord is #1 for sure. On the back bar we use an Ice Staff so we can immobilise enemies with our Frost Blockade, on bosses you could also use a Restoration Staff for the Cycle of Life passive which will return extra Magicka when doing a Resto Heavy Attack.
